The Vice-President Finance (VP Finance) is responsible for budgets, money deposits, and
withdrawals. The VP Finance will designate an appropriate float for the upcoming year, which will be left in the group’s bank account. VP Finance must work closely in relation with the VP Events and VP Academic to ensure that funds are appropriately allocated and resources are utilized effectively. A yearly audit will be conducted by the VP Finance in coordination with the University of Alberta. The President and VP Finance will have signing authority over the group's bank account.
